This award-winning office pod from a young group of London architects isideal for those with a small garden or courtyard. Top design, ecologicalmaterial and smoothed corners. The office pod is supplied as a kit and can beassembled in a day and offer you a good workplace.
This inexpensive ingenious solution is easy to assemble and can be builtin one day. The structure is made in London and its modular design will fit ina garden of any size. "My Room In the Garden" is an answer to thefuture way of working, perfect for those who want to work comfortably fromhome.
Structure & finishes: The project seeks a balance between affordableand warm design. The structure is made of digitally crafted birch plywood modulesthat can be adapted to any space and user needs. From a minimum of 1.8x2.4m.Larger sizes are also available and can be ordered to size.

The standard finish includes corrugated clear polycarbonate sheetingthat protects the interior from the elements and allows natural light to floodinto the interior.
The wall modules can have different finishes, such as decorated wood,etc. The user can compose the interior according to his own taste and needs.The higher specification version includes insulated wall / roof / floor panelsand glass door / windows. Durability: Every part of the home office pod isgeometrically efficient and minimizes material waste. The sizing of each partis based on human dimensions and standard material dimensions.
Dimensions
Small studio: 2.4x 18m. Insulated with all solid walls in it
Medium studio: 2.4 x 2.4 m. Insulated with all solid walls inside
Large studio: 3 x 2.4 m. Insulated with all solid walls in it
Optionally, additional sizes are possible by: adding modules of 2.4 x0.6 m
All studios are 2.5 m high, which is the maximum height.
Interior finish
Each interior wall panel can be finished with the following finishes:
Double glass
Reflective metal mirror
Whiteboard
Perforated / peg board with a set of boards
3 standard sizes of the garden studios
Materials
Walls and structure: birch plywood
Covering: corrugated polycarbonate sheet (UV resistant 10 years)
Insulation: 50 mm PIR rigidinsulation
Roof: roofing membrane with metal fascias
Floor: non-slip plywood
Doors: Aluminum frame with double glazing. Double or single blade withlock and handle
Accessories
Floor mounted socket with weatherproof box and external cable (included)
Shelves and desks for the peg-wall system (optional can be orderedextra)
Foundation
No need to dig foundations, the studio stands on adjustable risers tolift the room off the ground. If necessary, a weed barrier or concrete shelfcan be placed underneath (depending on the soil conditions). The Dutch team ofyour supplier can also do this if you wish and consider it necessary.
Production and installation
The flat pack plywood structure is delivered pre-assembled on site tofacilitate construction. The small and middle studio can be built in just 1day! All components can be disassembled.More about this source textSource text required for additional translationinformation
Our Design Garden Studios are built to last a long time and withstand rain and heavy wind. We give all studios a two-year warranty. You will receive a manual for maintenance after this period. In "HOW DOES IT WORK" you will find a method to properly finance the studio.
